so I’m trying an art challenge that I’ll probably pick at for the next 5 months or forget about promptly because I tend to do that.
anyway, Day 1: Self-Portrait - Introduce yourself
I tend to draw my face in a pretty big variety of ways so here is a sampler I guess! I tried to really dramatically vary the styles for funsies. I stared at a few pictures of myself and in the mirror for a while and I’ve come to the conclusion that I have a pretty big nose.

Dale Green, my character: Shortest of the bunch. A sort of shyish wall flower who is looking to become a Pokemon researcher.
Pokemon: Trapinch named Allegro and an Omanyte named Omi
Marin (something fancy) whose character owner I don’t know the tumblr for oops: She’s a flashy acrobat who is also a giant. She’s roomies with Dale and is pretty adorable, Miku Hair and all.
Pokemon: Buneary named Bianca and a Woobat named Mignon
Mike Davies— Tumblr user Jakesus’ character: I haven’t seen much of him but he’s an easy going guy with a good heart! He is somehow the second shortest at a whopping 5’10.
Pokemon: Magnemite and Golett
Geoff ????, I dunno his url either oh noooo: He’s a calm sort of guy and very level headed. he works for a gym leader who doubles as a professor at a university as a lab assistant.
Pokemon: Corphish and Vulpix.

I made these like a year ago. these were hilarious idk.
aaaaand here are some more sprites, now with 100% more talk sprite. I made these from scratch and yeah. I put the bases up on my blog so if anyone wants to make sprites from these there you go.
